The barbed Devils of the Abyss are known as the Hamatula, and served as seven foot tall guardians amongst the devilish legions of the dark gods. Hamatulas are completely covered from head to toe in sharp barbs, which entirely cover their long tails. They are known to have extremely long and sharp claws which they use to impale their enemies on, and also have constantly shifting eyes, as they ceaselessly survey their surroundings for enemies.
