Of the strange denizens of the Abyss, the Achaierai certainly look harmless enough.... from a distance. Monstrously large flightless birds that stand over fifteen feet tall, Achaierai are large predators that are intelligent and malicious in nature, who delight in torturing their victims.

These birds closely resemble giant quails, have four great birdlike legs, and are covered with brown and earthy-colored feathers. The claws and beak of an Achaierai is razor sharp, and they can speak Infernal to communicate with the demons and devils of the Abyss, and are one of the chosen servants of Sargonnas.
