Deathrip (? AC - ? AC) was a powerful Shadow Demon that was known to serve Chemosh by interacting with mortals. Deathrip was commanded by the god of death to lead the Jarak-sinn in the underground tunnels of Sanction in a war against the shadowpeople.

The shadow demon was gifted with an Amulet of Chemosh by his deity, which he used to animate the dead and turn them against his enemies. Deathrip was undone by a party of adventurers who entered his underground lair and slew him during the Age of Despair.
