Dizzy Longtongue (? - ? AC) was a Kender who had an adventure with a Minotaur. In this venture, Dizzy told the minotaur he could throw his hoopak with such skill and accuracy that it would return back to him. The minotaur took the bet and told Dizzy that he would kill the kender if the hoopak didn't return to him. So Dizzy, according to Earwig Lockpicker, threw his hoopak and he and the minotaur awaited the return of the hoopak. After a time, the minotaur stated it wasn't returning and was going to kill Dizzy, only the hoopak returned knocking the minotaur to the ground, proving that Dizzy was an expert with a hoopak.
