Bathastan

Bathastan (? - 2421 PC) was an Ergothian noble who was courtier in the Palace of Daltigoth, during the reign of Pakin II. Lord Bathastan secretly worked for the Pakin rebels, whilst serving in the court of the Ackals, and went about corrupting several servants. He carried out a plot to assassinate Pakin II in the council chamber in front of the entire gathered Ergothian court. Bathastan and his three servants managed to kill the Emperor of Ergoth, but were then captured. The four assassins were tortured and ultimately put to death for their crimes.
