Mercadior Redic IV (ca. 300 AC) was the fourth in the Redic line of the Emperors of Northern Ergoth. Presiding over the land in 300 AC, he was known to have the belief that Ergoth could never have enough port towns, as they promoted trade and more business for the land. Of the many port towns that Redic IV tried to implement, Tantyvil was one of the most well known.
