Kanira (? - ? PC) was the wife of the Emperor of Ergoth, Mordirin Ackal and after deposing her husband, she became the first Empress of Ergoth in 2557 PC. Kanira began to build Kanira Path, a great road, which emulated the imperial road Ackal's Path. She planned for her road to lead between Daltigoth and Hylo by way of her own city Kaniragoth, which she planned to construct. However her road and city were never completed during her reign. Empress Kanira ruled over Ergoth until she herself was deposed and imprisoned in 2541 PC, by her son Ergothas II.
