HilmarArticle written by UzielHilmar (352 AC - ?) was a Human Warrior who had a penchant for two things in life, drinking and brawling. Standing at over six feet tall, with reddish-brown shoulder length hair, a drooping Solamnic-style moustache, and usually wearing padded armor, Hilmar cut something of an imposing figure. The young Hilmar was born at the close of the War of the Lance, in the dark city of Neraka. He never knew his mother, and his father was a hard and abusive man, who believed that the use of corporal punishment and lack of love would make Hilmar grow up to be strong. When the boy was twelve he came across his father's boots, which he learnt were boots of levitation. However his father caught him with his boots and in his rage, swore to kill the lad. Hilmar fled his house and then Neraka, choosing to make his own way in the world. Later years found Hilmar in the dark city of Sanction. He drank his life away and spent the rest of his time brawling with anyone, often without reason or cause. Hilmar was known to fly into a berserker rage with almost no provocation, and often laughed like an insane man whilst in the middle of a fight. References
