Kimmil

Article written by Uziel

Kimmil (ca. 330 AC - ? AC) was a slender and graceful woman, who had blond hair, and given her upbringing in Icereach, she had a natural resistance to the cold. She was always willing and able to fight evil wherever she found it, as well as to spread the word about Paladine to all others. Kimmil chose the way of the paladin, and often went into battle atop her light warhorse Snowfall.

Early Life

Kimmil was born in an Ice Barbarian village in the arctic realm of Icereach. Her father was an Ice Barbarian named Garad, and her mother was a Solamnic Warrior-woman called Deela uth Drastin. During her upbringing, Kimmil was by her mother learning about Paladine, how to speak Solamnic, all about the uth Drastin family, and how to wield a sword.

War of the Lance

Her mother passed away in 350 AC, at which time Kimmil was determined to find the uth Drastin family and meet her distant relatives. Gaining the blessing of her father, Kimmil traveled to Solanthus, which had just been overrun by the Blue Dragonarmy. She aided the Solamnic forces in their war effort to drive the Blue Dragonarmy out of Solanthus, and met with the Solamnic knight Daviter the Wise, and her cousin Steveck uth Drastin. The three became close friends and constant companions following the war.

Post War of the Lance

After the war, Kimmil continued traveling with Steveck and Daviter, to combat evil wherever they could find it. Kimmil became infatuated with the mighty Daviter, however she found herself unable to express her emotion, hoping that one day, the Solamnic Knight would realize and return her affections.
