Ellse Torkay (? - ? AC) was the mother of Lucy Torkay and 2 younger daughters. She was married to Kethril Torkay, the father of her children, before he ran off on her in 411 AC. When Chalcedony Rockdale brought info of his dead body, and Lucy said she would go, Ellse volunteered Ulin Majere to go with her. Ulin balked at this, and Ellse told him that if he wanted to marry her daughter, he would go.
