Skularis (c. 1029 PC - 1018 PC), was a Nightmaster of Morgion and leader of the Clerics of Morgion in Caergoth during the Third Dragon War. Appearing as nothing more than a skeletal mound of moldy, stinky cloth, he was killed when three arrows pierced his body, while attempting to hold Huma Dragonsbane prisoner for Galan Dracos.
