Speaker of the Sun and Stars is the leader of the combined Qualinesti Elves, Silvanesti Elves, and Kagonesti Elves in exile in Khur.

Current Speaker of the Sun and Stars

Gilthas Pathfinder (421 - Current AC) became the ruler of all the elven nations on Ansalon following the War of Souls. Alhanna gave him the Silvanesti crown, and the Silvanesti elves grudgingly agreed to allow him to have the throne, due to the fact the he is the last of Silvanos Goldeneye's line.
