Deepswimmer

Article written by Kranar Drogin

Deepswimmer is a large wooden vessel, built like a turtle shell, that goes underwater designed by a Gnome named Pate around the year 413 AC. It has a X-shaped propeller on the stern which is turned by a crank inside of the deepswimmer, is smaller than a merchantman, painted with a gray waterproofing agent, has flat wooden panels that come out the side of it like fish fins, and has portholes with windows on the side. To get fresh air inside of the deepswimmer, there is a floating flexible tube that is located at the stern, and floats on the surface. A crew of about a dozen gnomes man it.
