Frisindia

Article written by Uziel

Frisindia (birth unknown), is a native dragon of Krynn, who was hatched several centuries before the Second Cataclysm. The young white was hatched from the very same egg as the white dragon Cryonisis, who has ever since been her life-long companion. Throughout the next few centuries, Frisindia dwelt in the Icereach, which was under the control of the mighty white dragon Sleet. During the Age of Mortals however, Frisindia began a sweep of the Icereach with her kin-dragon Cryonisis, in a bid to claim the arctic domain for themselves.

The Dragon Purge

During the early stages of the Dragon Purge in 400 AC, Frisindia and her nestmate Cryonisis launched a fearsome attack upon the powerful white dragon Sleet, killing the ruler of the Icereach, and declaring themselves the resident rulers. Throughout the next few years, the white dragon pair then hunted down any other White Dragons who contested their rule or posed threats and subjugated the remaining dragons and humanoids. On completely conquering the Icereach, Frisindia claimed the eastern half of the domain for herself, and allowed Cryonisis to take the western half. In her portion of the Icereach, a number of thanoi and ice barbarians serve Frisindia, as well as a small number of white dragons.

Working with Cryonisis, Frisindia has managed to expand the Icereach slowly northwards, and has created a realm that is larger than even Gellidus' domain. Frost wights harbor on the edges of the Icereach however, and Frisindia sends her subjects on frequent trips to find holy weapons which can destroy the foul servants of Chaos.

Titles and Nicknames

Frisindia is known by only a few other names. She is sometimes referred to as the White Wyrm, and is known to most humans as Freeze.
