The village of Qué-Talic is located in the central section of the Plains of Abanasinia, somewhat westwards of Xak Khalan. Qué-Talic is the primary home of the Qué-Teh tribe. The village is comprised of tents and huts, which are protected by a low circular wall. Qué-Talic is led by a local chieftain, who is supported by a series of wise shamans.
