Sad Town

Sad Town was created in the wake of the destruction caused by the Dragon Overlords, and the further chaos caused during the War of Souls. Sad Town is a large tent city on the outer limits of Solace. Refugees from other areas have formed their own settlement, and have some dealings with the people of Solace. Generally the Solace residents try to assist those in Sad Town, however there are also many malcontents in Sad Town, who prefer preying on their fellow neighbors over helping to develop the community further.
