Istariku, or "Eye of Istar" in an ancient dialect, was located near the mouth of the Bay of Istar in the Istar Province of the Holy Empire of Istar. As of the spring of 280 PC it is a tent city that watches over Karthay to the east, though it is also an anchorage used by sailors. Based on the ruins on a hill overlooking Istariku, it was a large town long ago. The city was destroyed when the Fiery Mountain was thrown upon Istar.
