Raretsanc has short blond hair and hazel eyes. He is slightly shorter then most elves. Although he dresses in the latest Ak-Khurman fashions and appears nothing more then a wealthy young fop he is quick and athletic from his time at sea and has a keen mind for negotiating and deal-making.
