Kimmil is a lovely young woman in her mid-20s. She has long blond hair and is slender and well-built. Because she is from the far south, Kimmil has a high resistance to cold, so tends to wear very little clothing in the warmer northern regions.

Though a barbarian, Kimmil initially tries to solve conflagrations with talk. However, if she detects evil in an opponent, she will grant no quarter in her assault.

Her father an Ice Barbarian, and her mother a Solamnic warrior-woman, Kimmil and her mother were accepted without question into her father's tribe at Icereach. Upon entering her late teens, Kimmil sought to go out to Solamnia and find the rest of her family. Receiving her father's blessings, she set forth, arriving in Solanthus during the Blue Dragonarmy's occupation. Aiding the resistence efforts, she gained the hatred of that wing of Takhisis's army.

During this time, she met Daviter the wise, whom she has come to secretly love, and her cousin Steveck. The trio often travels Ansalon, restoring good where they may. Kimmil chooses not to call a special mount for herself.
