Description:

Glitterback has always been a bit of a fop, and believes in ostentations. Now he is a wealthy dwarf of middle years, sober and serious-looking with greying hair and beard. Glitterback sports his wealth with his golden armor, shield, and warhammer (hence his nickname).

Background:

As a boy, Glitterback unearthed a large agate that he now wears on a chain around his neck as a symbol of his first success. As a young miner in the central Khalkist Mountains, he located one of the richest veins of gold in his clan's history. His share was fashioned into gold armor and weapons which were blessed by the clan cleric in the name of Reorx. Glitterback is both a professional miner and a defender of his clan, when called upon.

In Your Campaign:

Glitterback typically is used prior to the Cataclysm, due to the value of gold, but can be used in almost any era. He is a professional miner, so any adventure that takes the heroes into a mine or underground setting would benefit from his presence and experience. Glitterback has an extreme dislike for trolls, and will quickly volunteer to help slay one.
