Goldmoon lived a sheltered life among the Que-Shu tribe, serving as their high priestess until a vision convinced her to seek the Ancient Gods. A shepherd named Riverwind sought her hand, and she eventually fell in love with the man. Her father's illness left her in charge of the Que-Shu, but an unfortunate turn of events gave her no choice but to flee for her life with Riverwind.
