Paragon Path - Marksman

"I'll hit my enemies before they even see me."

Prerequisite: Fighter class
Your skill with the ranged weapon is legendary, picking off enemies without them noticing you. Your instincts and reflexes are top notch and few can hope to match them.

Marksman Path Features

Aim (11th Level): You gain a +3 bonus on all ranged attack and damage rolls. All ranged attacks gain the high critical property.
Eagle Eyes (11th Level): You gain a +5 bonus on all Perception checks and have the First Strike ability of Rogues.
Throw Anything (16th Level): You gain the ability to use any weapon as a ranged weapon. Any weapon used thus has range 5/10.

Marksman Exploits

Intimidating Shot - Marksman Attack 11
Your pinpoint accuracy frightens even the heartiest souls.
Encounter * Fear, Martial, Weapon
Standard Action - Ranged

Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity vs. Will
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage and the target is stunned.

Flurry of Arrows - Marksman Attack 12
A hail of arrows fells the enemy.
Encounter * Martial, Weapon
Standard Action - Area
burst 2
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Ranged vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.

Deadly Accuracy - Marksman Attack 20
Your weapon strikes the target in a vital area.
Daily * Martial, Weapon
Standard Action - Ranged

Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity + 2 vs. AC
Hit: 5[W] + Dexterity modifier + Wisdom modifier damage.
