Size: Small
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal

Languages: Common, Kenderspeak
Skill Bonuses: +2 Stealth, +2 Thievery
Fearless: Kender are immune to any fear effect that a saving throw would end.
Kender Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with two of the following kender weapons: battak, chapak, hachak, hoopak, polpak, sashik, or whippik.
Nimble Reaction: You gain a +2 racial bonus to AC against opportunity attacks.
Taunt: You can use taunt as an encounter power.

Taunt ◊ Kender Racial Power

You unleash a verbal assault against your foe that throws him into a rage.
At-Will ◊ Charm
Minor Action ◊ Ranged

Attack: Charisma vs. Will
Hit: The target is marked, and you gain combat advantage against him until the end of your next turn. Allies adjacent to the target also gain combat advantage.
Sustain Minor: The target is pulled one square toward you.
