Racial Traits


Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma
Size: Small
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal

Languages: Common, Kenderspeak, choice of one other
Skill Bonuses: +2 Stealth, +2 Thievery
Kender Bravery: You gain a +5 racial bonus to saves against magical fear.
Kender Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency in the hoopak.
Taunt: You can use taunt as an encounter power.
Wanderlust: Gain a +2 bonus on any one additional skill or learn one extra language

Taunt - Kender Racial Power

You gleefully hurl insults and wisecracks at your opponent filling them with the desire to kill you.

Effect: Enraged; target gains a +2 attack bonus against the kender, but suffers a -2 penalty to AC until end of your next turn.
