You have a prominent and obvious birthmark that others see as a hideous blemish.

Penalty: You have a prominent and obvious birthmark that those with a strict caste system (such as the Silvanesti elves) see as an affront and disfigurement. When dealing with such characters, you suffer a –4 to all Diplomacy and Gather Information skill checks.
