Lore:
Characters with either Knowledge (history) or Knowledge (religion) can gain the following information:

DC 20: The Heart of the Temptress was created by Takhisis and given to her ogre high priestess during the Age of Dreams to capture a human that was freeing ogre slaves. It grants the wearer an enhanced Charisma, and has the ability ensnare the hearts of its victims.
DC 30: The Heart of the Temptress was taken from the Ogre High Priestess Jorelia just before she was to be stoned to death with her infant child. It has been a common boon granted to one of Takhisis's Dark Pilgrims through the ages.

Description:
The Heart of the Temptress is a heart shaped ruby on a golden chain. Set in the center of the ruby is an obsidian crescent

Effect:
The wearer of the Heart of the Temptress enjoys a +5 enhancement bonus her Charisma for as long as the necklace is worn, and a +10 competence bonus on all Charisma based checks made to seduce others.

All enchantment spells cast by the wearer are empowered. Three times per day the wearer may cast a maximized and heightened version of the Ensnare the Heart spell.
