Medallion of the Stars: Worn by the Silvanesti Speaker of the Stars, this platinum medallion grants its wearer a +10 deflection bonus to Armor Class, a +5 competence bonus to Diplomacy and Perform (oration) checks, and spell resistance equal to 10 + character level.

Stong abjuration, moderate enchantment; CL 20th.
