Updating Feats for Kender Use

Improved Taunt (Age of Mortals sourcebook): Afflicted kender may take this feat only if they have the feat Scathing Wit first. Its bonus is applied to Intimidate checks instead of Bluff checks. A true kender with this feat and the Scathing Wit feat grants a further -1 penalty to all pertinent checks.

Scathing Wit (Dragon Compendium; Dragon #291): True kender don't get the normal benefit from this feat since they are masters of the insult. Instead, true kender who take this feat get to add their Intelligence modifier to Bluff checks made to taunt an opponent. Further, a true kender with this feat and the Improved Taunt feat grants a further -1 penalty to all pertinent checks.
