Gift from the Moons

Prerequisite: Ability to cast 2nd-level spells or higher.

Benefit: You gain the benefit of moon magic (see Wizards of High Sorcery pg. 24) but you gain benefits and penalties from all moons depending on which is moon is in High Sanction and which is in Low Sanction. They apply to the specific schools of magic associated with each moon.
