You create a several small strings of firecrackers to a maximum of 1 string per level. These firecrackers appear sporadically within a 10ft area. All creatures caught in the area must make a reflex saving throw or suffer 1d4 points of damage per 2 caster levels (5d4 maximum), with a reflex saving throw for half damage. The firecrackers create a lot of noise and a strong acrid smoke. The smoke remains in the area for 1d4 rounds, although any strong breeze clears the smoke earlier. Creatures in the smoke that failed their saving throw have a –1 circumstance penalty for the duration of the smoke to all actions.

Material Components: Several hairs from a black cat.
