Compulsive OrderD&D 3e (3.0/3.5) Rulesby Clive SquireCompulsive OrderEnchantment (Compulsion) [Law, Mind-Affecting] You cause a creature within range, and who fails their Will saving throw, to be compelled to put things into perfect order. For example, treasure would have to be separated into tidy piles or steel, silver or gold; a creature could be reluctant to enter a dungeon because it's a messy place, and the creature would be obsessed with trying to clean it. When the creature attempts any new action, he must rationalize it, based on the creatures desire for order. For example, if attacked by goblins, the creature would have to attack them in size – from the tallest to the shortest; and once the condition is stated, the creature must follow through with the condition. If the creature cannot think of a condition or rationale for the action, the creature is immobilized for 1d6 rounds. A successful dispel magic ends the effect. Material Components: A perfect cube of metal. Fan RatingsThis item has been published here with permission from the author(s) and may not be reproduced without permission.
