Arcanous's Teleport ChaseAD&D (1e/2e) Rulesby Krain BloodwunArcanous's Teleport ChaseAlteration, Divination When this spell is used, it allows the caster to chase a target that has just used a teleport spell. The caster of teleport chase does not need to know where his target's destination lies; furthermore, any passwords or similar measures needed to arrive at the location are ignored. This allows the caster to bypass spells such as proof from teleportation. In order for this spell to work, the caster must be within 30 yards of the target and must cast this spell within 3 rounds of the target's departure. With the exception of a pre-set destination, this spell functions under the normal limitations and restrictions of the teleport spell.
