Webnet: These delicate and beautiful hair ornaments are spun by Dimernesti sea mages and are treasured by wealthy ladies of the land. In the hands of a wizard who knows the command word, webnets are clever weapons. When the web is spun in the air it creates an effect similar to a hypnotism spell (DC 13). With a command word the net enlarges and becomes a full sized net (as the weapon) that can be used as a +1 net.
