Spell Resistance: Yes

The spellcaster shoots a thin ray of blue radiance and must succeed at a ranged touch attack to affect the target. If hit, the target is affected as though with a targeted dispel magic (still adding a +10 maximum to the dispel check). The affected target must also make a Will save or be affected as though by a slow spell. Despera was known to use this spell on enemy warriors that had augmented with enhancing spells.
