Dagger of Wobbling

This +1 dagger is a strange creation. It was created by a crazy old Red Robe named Fizzlebop. When stuck into anything the dagger begins to wobble back and forth, slowly gaining speed. As it wobbles faster it begins to make a noise that sounds like a very thin piece of metal being shaken rapidly. After 1d4 minutes of wobbling it loosens itself from whatever it is stuck in, flying dangerously in a random direction and possibly striking someone (add +1 to the base attack of whomever stuck it).
