Description: This cloak is made from a cloak of elvenkind and a cloak of displacement. This striped red and gray cloak was created by a elven rogue/mage. He created this cloak to help him get away from trouble when the time was right.

Powers: This cloak grants a 45% miss chance on attacks against the wearer, in a fashion similar to the displacement spell. In addition, when the hood is pulled over its wearer's head, the wearer gains a +10 bonus to all Hide checks. True seeing reveals the wearer's true location.
