Draconic Birthright.

You claim descent from a dragon, and it has granted you some of the qualities of the noble creatures.

Prerequisites: Charisma 13+, Must be taken at 1st level.

Benefit: This feat recognizes your draconic heritage. You gain a +2 bonus on saving throws to resist the frightful presence of dragons, and Speak Language is always a class skill for you.
