Arcane Defiant Spell

"In the days before the fall of Istar, mages had no choice but to ward of the righteous wrath of light's clerics."

Prerequisite: The spellcaster must have had his spell countered or dispelled by divine magic.

Benefit: A spellcaster possessing this feat may modify any arcane spell, adding +3 DC to any Dispel or Counterspell checks made by any spellcaster using a divine spell/source in their dispel or counterspell attempt. However, strengthening the spell against divine magic has made the spell weak against arcane energies. Arcane attempts at dispelling or countering the spell receive a -3 DC to checks. The cost to enhance the spell is +1 spell level.
