Repulsive [GENERAL]

You stink!

Prerequisite: Gully Dwarf

Benefit: Your natural body odor is offensive enough that it is distracting. All those within 10' suffer a -4 penalty to all skill checks and a -1 to attack rolls (no matter who they attack).
