Flute of Wind Dancing

Flute of Wind Dancing: These flutes are occasionally given to those seagoing folk who have performed some deed for an undersea community (even if the mariner did not know what she did). The flutes' powers are fully usable by skilled musicians, as follows:

A musician with 6 ranks in Perform can play the flute for 2 full rounds to summon a fog cloud or obscuring mist once per day. If the musician has 10 ranks in Perform, she can play for 3 full rounds to summon a gust of wind or wind wall once per day. A flutist with 14 ranks in Perform can play for 1 full minute to control winds once per day.

Caster Level: 10th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, control winds, fog cloud or obscuring mist, gust of wind or wind wall; Market Price: 36,000 gp; Weight: 1 lb.
