Mounted DragonlanceD&D 3e (3.0/3.5) Rulesby DamienTime Period: Any. Description: The Mounted Dragonlance is 16 feet long with a finely sharpened, barbed point. The entire length of the dragonlance is made of the dragon-metal that the blade of the Footman's Dragonlance is made from. The Mounted Dragonlance also has a shield afixed near the grip. The shield takes the form of the head of a dragon and the shaft of the lance comes through the shield at the mouth of the dragon image. Attributes: The Mounted Dragonlance is a +2 keen heavy lance and inflicts +3d8 damage against any dragons. The lance has a +4 enhancement bonus. As well, if the wielder can hide behind the shield during combat, they gain a +4 bonus to saving throws against a dragon's breath-weapons or spells.
