Silvanesti Longsword

Time Period: Any.

Description: The Silvanesti Longsword is 42 inches in total length, with a round pommel and a straight crossguard. The handle is partially wrapped in black leather and is fit for only single-handed use. However, an extra length of unwrapped steel is left before the pommel, allowing two-handed use if necessary. The blade and hilt are both finely made of a lighter, tougher steel than normal weapons and the blade has elvish etchings and designs along the bloodgroove. The crossguard and pommel are both adorned with silver chasings.

Attributes: Being of a lighter steel than normal weapons, the Silvanesti Longsword weighs only as much as a normal shortsword and functions as a +1 keen longsword. It will also never lose its fine edge or become notched or otherwise marred.
