Ingredients

1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of apple juice
1 cup of pineapple juice
1 cup of blackcurrent juice
1/4 cup of sugar boiled in 1/2 cup of water with cinammon stick
1 large ripe banana
2 - 3 cups of soda water (water with gas)

Directions

Blend banana with all the juices. Mixed in sugar and soda water. Serve chilled in the woods on a hot summer day.
