The Dragonlance Nexus ("The Nexus") publishes material on the World Wide Web for the benefit of the Dragonlance community. This information is provided for free and is not commissioned or paid work. The Nexus currently publishies material on the following list of domain names: dl3e.com, dlnexus.com.

The author ("Author") of any submission grants The Nexus and its staff members and/or agents the right to publish submitted material or portions thereof in any location within the dl3e.com or dlnexus.com domains. The Author agrees that The Nexus shall have the right to make editorial changes to submissions. The Author further agrees that The Nexus shall have the right to refuse any submission for any reason and/or discontinue publication of any submission(s) at any time without prior notice or consent of the Author.

The Nexus agree to provide appropriate credit to the Author whenever a submission (or portion thereof) is used on The Nexus. "Appropriate credit" is defined as the inclusion of the Author's name on the same page as the submission, identifying the work as the Author's own.

The Author will retain control of the copyright of the submission. The Author shall have the right to request that the publication of any submission be discontinued at any time.

Articles submitted to the Dragonlance Lexicon Project ("Lexicon Project"; the Lexicon Project is defined as all articles available in the www.dlnexus.com/lexicon/ directory, inclusive) become the sole property of The Nexus. By submitting an article to the Lexicon Project, Author agrees to forego all rights to the submission and assigns all rights to The Nexus. Author agrees to waive the right to request that the publication of submissions to the Lexicon Project be terminated and the right to request modifications to Lexicon Project submissions.

The Author certifies that submissions are the Author's original work. The Author assumes full legal responsibility for any submission or portion thereof and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Nexus of all fault and/or damages.

The Nexus reserves the right to change this agreement at any time.
