Speakers of the Sea

*It should be noted that the Speakers of the Sea, much like the Dimernesti themselves, are a mysterious and reclusive race of sea elves who are the least-known subspecies of elves in Ansalonian waters. Ruling from the city of Dimernost, Nuqala is the only known Speaker to date, who has appeared to landwalkers.
