Fransi Herom Veliya (Frahn-seye' Hey'-rohm Vel-ee'-yah) (4/11/357 AD - current) is father to Rafin Veliya, expert weaponsmith/blacksmith to the Midland Guard. He is a merchant who travels the Midlands to buy and sell wares. He married his wife Hellyn in 376 AD and had his only son Rafin a year later. Over the next eighteen years the couple was blessed with six daughters: Nanyi, Surana, Judane, Mirikay, Janri, and Pamla. All of their children have had children of their own and settled down to their own lives throughout the Midlands.
